Hello! I recently downloaded Advanced Download Manager and throug trial and error, experimentation and exploration, I was able to download an episode from Kissanime. Here's how.
Select an anime and go to the episode page of your choosing.
Select your resolution. In this case long press 640x360.mp4 and copy its link address.
Go to ADM. Click the plus or add button.
Paste the link and type the name of the episode and the name. Yes I know it is all manual. But I guarantee this works.
Wait for the download to finish. As you can see it is pretty fast.
Enjoy your video. This whole post is done solely in android, including the download. I also made this post in bloggeroid app and screenshots were made as I did the whole operation. I hope you have the same success as I did.
One last note though, you will need an account in kissanime. But as an anime fan I'm guessing you already have. So go ahead, download and marathon the episodes even when you're offline, :)
